Emergency Alarm Response Service
Assign First Coast Home Sentry as a point of contact with your alarm company and we'll respond to alarm notifications in as timely a fashion as scheduling permits and stay until the situation is resolved (up to 45-minutes). $50/yr. Includes one visit per year. Auto renews annually until canceled.
Additional visits within the calendar year will be billed at $50 per visit. Extended visits (over 45-minutes) may incur an additional charge of $25/hr., however you will be notified and will make the determination if you want us to stay longer.
With this service, we will respond to your home anytime day or night; whenever your alarm is activated and we are notified by your alarm company.
We will contact you within 24-hours of purchase to provide the necessary information so you can add our contact information to your alarm company emergency contacts list.
