First Coast Home Sentry will store and release keys to contractors or others per owner's permission. $50/yr billed annually until canceled. Includes one visit to property of up to 45-minutes. Additional visits to the property to administer keyholder services will be billed at a rate of $25 per visit and invoiced at time of service. No extra charge when keys are picked up and returned to FCHS. Extended visits (over 45-minutes) may incur an additional charge of $25 per hour.
